How to convert feet and inches to cm
Turn the whole height into inches first, then multiply by 2.54.
cm = (feet × 12 + inches) × 2.541 inch = 2.54 cm exactly and 1 foot = 12 inches, per NIST Handbook 44, Appendix C.
